HOW TO ORDER

Step 2: Stock Confirmation and Order Approval
After receiving your inquiry, we will check stock availability for your event. If the item is available, we will approve your order and send you an order confirmation, so you can proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Place Your Order
With your order approved, visit our website to place your order. During checkout, include your Event Name/Date in the notes section to ensure your purchase is registered for your event.
Step 4: Confirmation and Registration
Once your order is placed, you will receive a Tax Invoice and Email Confirmation. We will also complete your Dress Registration to reserve the item specifically for your event.
Step 5: Register an Account
We recommend creating an account on our website. This will allow you to easily track your orders and stay updated on delivery timelines.
Step 6: Tracking and Delivery
When your order is ready for dispatch, we will email you the tracking information. Use this to monitor your shipment and plan for its arrival.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are sent with signature on delivery whenever possible. However, couriers may override this and use Authority to Leave (ATL) if they determine the delivery address has a secure location.
What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?
Authority to Leave (ATL) allows couriers to leave your parcel at a secure location without requiring a signature. While this option offers convenience, it comes with risks. If ATL is selected by the customer or courier, One Honey cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
For the most secure delivery, we recommend using a PO Box or Parcel Locker. These options ensure your parcel is stored safely until you are able to collect it.
Our website serves as a catalog, offering a mix of ready-to-ship items and made-to-order products. Each product page provides specific details about availability, production lead times, and shipping options.
For selected items, we also offer a rush order service, allowing you to expedite production and delivery.
For remote areas, such as far North QLD, Western Australia (WA), and the Northern Territory (NT), delivery may take slightly longer than the quoted timeframes.
Order processing begins only after approval and security verification. Timeframes are quoted in business days and vary based on the product. Refer to the product page for specific lead times.

What happens after my order is dispatched?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to monitor its journey and plan for its arrival.
Important Note:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If using Authority to Leave (ATL), One Honey Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. For the safest delivery, consider using a Parcel Locker or selecting a delivery option requiring a signature.

One Honey operates warehouses in China, the USA, and Australia. These strategically located facilities allow us to efficiently manage inventory and streamline shipping, ensuring faster delivery to our customers around the world.
In some cases, your order may ship directly from the designer's warehouse. This ensures quicker delivery times but may mean the package does not include One Honey branded packaging. Rest assured, the quality and authenticity of your purchase are always guaranteed.
If a parcel is returned or refused, you will remain responsible for all shipping costs. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, but other couriers may be assigned for certain areas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, or DHL Express but other couriers may be assigned for certain areas.
No, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses for international orders.
