CUSTOMER SERVICE
Due to the high volume of orders we handle we no longer provide phone customer service.
Once your order is placed with One Honey your paperwork is processed offiste at our HQ.
The staff working in the Showroom will not have access to your order information, and cannot provide phone assistance after the order is placed.

ORDER INFO
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched, so we are truly sorry if we have made a mistake with yours.
If you are missing an item, we do ask that you please reach out to us in writing within 1 business days of receiving your parcel. We will be happy to assist you.
Please double-check your emails if we have notified you that we could not fulfill your purchase.
Please remember to include your order number and clear explanation of your enquiry.
Kindly explain that you are missing an item and provide us with the following information.
- Your order number, full name, and email address
- Your shipping address
- A photo of all the items received
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We know you need your order immediately, so we work hard to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore your order cannot be canceled or modified after order placement.
We do not provide price adjustments on orders placed before or after our Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale.
Rest assured, you are more than welcome to return any eligible items from your previous order(s) and repurchase them at our current sale price.
We completely understand that each customer's situation is unique, and our approach to refunding shipping charges is indeed handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you have encountered an issue with your order that you believe warrants a refund of shipping charges, please reach out to our customer support team. They will carefully review your case, taking into consideration the circumstances, and work towards a resolution that is fair and satisfactory if eligible.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation, One Honey cannot make any changes.
We dispatch orders quickly to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, please get in touch by simply clicking the 💬 icon, which can be located at the bottom right corner of the page.
In your first message, please explain you wish to change your address. You will be asked to provide us with some security information and the new address, and we will do our best to amend this before dispatch. Please note that this can't be guaranteed, as we may miss your request before dispatch.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, you can contact the courier to see if they can assist.
Please note this could cause a delivery delay of up to 72 hours, and there's no guarantee that the courier will be able to edit your address.
We are incredibly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. All One Honey orders are quality-checked several times during and after production, so we apologize for this rare occurrence.
So we can have this sorted for you immediately, please email us and attach clear images of the item and its condition.
We will then check this against our internal quality control recording and resolve via email.
Rush order fees are payable to the Designer or Factory for your order, these are not refundable.
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain your order number, which will be located above the billing address.
Please check your junk folder if you have not received an order confirmation email.
If you cannot locate this email, you can reach out by simply clicking the 💬 icon, which can be located at the bottom corner of the page.
In your message, please include that you don't know how to find your order number, and you will then be asked the following info:
- Full name and email address on order
- Your shipping address
- The last four digits of the card used to place your order
- A screenshot of the transaction on your bank account
Once your order has been placed, we'll send you an instant email confirmation to the email address associated with the order. If you're having trouble locating the confirmation email, we do advise you to take a look in your spam/junk folder.
If you are still having trouble finding this email, it's possible that the email address that was provided may be incorrect or that the order was not successfully placed. Not to worry, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

We offer a range of sizes to suit all body types. Refer to our size guide to match your measurements and find the perfect fit!

No sorry, we have thousands of styles in our online Boutique, it's not possible to showcase all of these styles in store.

Yes, One Honey will register any Dress purchased directly from us, please review our Dress Reserve Page
If an item you love sells out, you can contact us to check if we are able to order in or make that for you.
We do try our best to restock in-demand styles however, depending on the garment and availability we may not be able to.
If a garment has been removed online, sadly this won't be restocked unless we receive any returns for that style.
Yes! One Honey proudly represents these Designers in Australia, by purchasing from us you are purchasing Authentic Branded items when advertised.

Yes! We stock our Gold Coast Showroom full of hundreds of stunning Dresses, and we try to keep as large of a selection of our bestselling styles ready to take home the same day!
Of course it will depend on what Dress you want, and when you order.
One Honey only works via Appointment only, please book a fitting to come and view our range.
If you want to see what other colours the item comes in, type the product name into our search page, for example DOJA, all the available colours will be listed online.
If you want a colour that is not listed please email us and let us know what colour you want, and we can find out for you!

No, we do not hire our Dresses.
Many designers do not allow hiring of their gowns, and resellers or small hire companies who run backyard businesses out of their bedroom cause nothing but headaches for customers all over Australia.
We constantly have to help these upset customers find a dress at the last minute - due to hire gowns being returned stained/damaged or the person/company they hired it from disappearing with their money!

We're so sorry if we've sent you a restock email for an item that is now out of stock.
Our style pieces are in high demand and frequently sought after, so, unfortunately, the item sold out again before you made it to the site.
We are happy to share that each Designer we carry makes to their own size guide, please do not order your "normal size" in standard clothing or assume your size, we encourage you to choose the correct size based on your bust, waist, and hip measurements.

Our stock levels change daily and many styles and sizes are at risk of selling out, some styles are made in limited numbers to ensure exclusivity.
We recommend purchasing your dress as soon as you know you've found 'The One' and want to register it for your event!
We suggest that you aim to order your dress with a few months to spare.
When ordering, you should leave enough time just in case you need to exchange size or you need to get alterations done with a local seamstress.
PAYMENT
We are excited to offer PayLater options at checkout. You can Shop Now and Paylater! Simply select one of the PayLater options during checkout and pay for your purchase.
To use a PayLater option, you must be over 18 and agree to their Purchase Payment Agreement and Terms of Service. For more information about our payment options go here.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within our advertised return period. Please be sure to review our policy and make sure the item meets all return requirements.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned.
We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.

We require returns to be submitted with full tracking, so we can track your return at every step. We can’t be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.

SITE WIDE SALES
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before site-wide sales or special promotional sales we may run.
